What is my 11 plans?

Assalamualaikum / Hi everyone!

It's really hard to even think about a topic that I want to share.
Really.
I don't understand how sometimes a blog writer expresses amazing things,
and I couldn't do anything much on my thoughts.
So here you go,
My random topic today is... *drum roll*

Health tips!
Aha, ya! (lol sounds so awkward)
Well, recently I read about an article posting on health so I think
it's just a good stuff to share.
And I'll just write whatever that I can recall.

Okay lets start! Teheeeeee!

1. Drink plenty of water, I mean plain mineral water. Avoid consuming
carbonated drinks & high sugar drinks.
2. It would be great to replace your rice with other carbohydrate food
(cereals, whole wheat bread, oats, barley etc.)
3. Be active! Walk to class instead of taking a bus (for U students)
& spend once a week for your fav sports!
4. Have a good night sleep. Lol I mean 6-7 hours for a teenager would be just nice.
And please sleep in a complete dark room! You need a powerful rest!
5. Cut down calories / take a small portion of food if you plan to have a diet.
Don't starve yourself to death, don't skip meals! Especially breakfast!
6. If you want a food party, you can have tons of fruits & vegetables on
the table! Lol jk! But really, you have to start loving both of them!
7. You can already take dried fruits or fresh vegetables for your snacks,
instead of consuming junk food or fast food.
8. Everyone needs a supporter! Make friends with positive people
& perhaps you can tag anyone along in your healthy lifestyle.
9. If you feel stressed out, maybe you just need to take a deep breath (for at least 10 mins)
Don't consume irrelevant pills, drugs, smoke & alcohol. They won't solve anything.
10. If you don't have any, it's just enough for you to motivate yourself! Start
to love yourself & take care of your own beautiful body.
11. For a kick start, you just have to be more discipline towards your meal plan.
Later on, you'll get used to it! Ayy, taking a little slice of oreo cheese cake won't harm! :)

They said "the beginning is always the hardest"
So it's okay if you find yourself pretty hard to do it.
It takes time, but that doesn't mean you can stop easily!
At least, give it a try! Take it as a challenge!
Everyone is striving at their bests! So let's work this off
and live a healthy life ahead!

Good luck, beginners! :)

Wassalam
